Our client is a recently launched contracting and engineering organisation who have a number of products which are aimed at the energy production market. Recent growth and a business restructure have created the need for a general manager to join the organisation. This is an extremely important position for the company as this person will effectively run the business and be responsible for business performance and future strategy. To be considered for these role candidates must have good general management experience, ideally they will have had exposure to the construction sector as the management of construction contracts will be part of their brief. They should be driven and ambitious individuals have good experience of staff management and have proven experience of running a business.
